- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups ap flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 5 tablespoons buttermilk
- 7 tablespoons butter, chilled and cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon red gel food coloring ( I kinda feel like you need a little more than this to get the proper color)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

in your mixer add all in gradients and mix until its all combined, add in the butter cubes next and make sure its combined.
In another bowl add all of your liquid ingredients and mix until combined, next add your honey mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Put the dough on a well floured surface and roll it out, I don’t have a roller so I used a wine bottle lol >_< make sure the dough is thin enough like graham crackers are, unless you want them thick. I made mine thick but next time I’ll go for thin graham crackers.
If you have a cookie cutter you can use that or if not I just used a knife to cut them out and put it on your parchment lined pan and it goes in the oven at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes, these can burn quickly so make sure you’re keeping an eye on them.
let them sit for about 5-10 minutes once out of the oven so they can harden.

These are so different and would probably even be amazing as well if you used them for s’more, too! Hmmmm
omg yes! I’m sure that would be amazing !
