- 1 cup freeze-dried acai
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
I just used FGO freeze-dried acai powder which you can buy here.
I put a cup of the powder in a blender with greek yogurt, milk, and a handful of frozen blue berries until it was the smooth acai consistency I’m used to seeing.
You’re free to top it how you want to, I chose granola, pineapple, blueberries, and raspberries!
homemade granola ingredients + recipe
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
preheat your oven to 300 degrees, and line your baking pan with parchment paper. Toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl until its combined. Transfer your mixture onto the pan and spread in an even layer. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. This is really a great recipe because its so easy to make it into your own by adding nuts, dried,fruit, chocolate, etc. Have fun with it!
